We’re excited to share that quote•hapily is now Quotivity!

Nothing is changing about how your account works today — you’ll still use the same HubSpot integration, the same app, and talk to the same support team.

What’s changing is our focus: we’re now an independent company dedicated 100% to helping you quote faster, smarter, and more accurately inside HubSpot.

Why the change?

Over the last year, quote•hapily became one of the top quoting apps in the HubSpot ecosystem. To keep up with the momentum and customer demand, we’ve spun off from hapily into a new company — Quotivity, Inc.

This move allows us to:

  • Focus exclusively on product innovation for CPQ and quoting inside HubSpot
  • Deliver faster updates and more responsive support
  • Build the advanced features our customers have asked for, like native templates, AI-powered quote creation, and automated renewals

hapily remains a valued partner and continues to support event•hapily while Quotivity moves forward as the dedicated team behind your quoting solution.

What this means for you

There’s nothing you need to do.

Your quotes, products, rules, and templates continue working exactly as before. The only visible changes you’ll notice are our new name and branding within the app.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my access to quote•hapily change?

No.

The URLs for quote•hapily will automatically redirect to the new URL. Just sign in the way you always have, and you'll be set.

Salespeople still create quotes using the App Card on the Deal. The name changes from "quote•hapily Quotes" to "Quotivity Quotes":

Spam filters

If your organization added no-reply@hapily.com to your spam filter configuration's allow-list, you should also add no-reply@quotivity.com. This will ensure that your users continue to receive Quote Approval and Sign-In Link emails from us.

When will the application be updated?

The application will be updated on January 3, 2025.

You may experience downtime with the app while we're updating our systems. The update will occur between 9:00am - 1:00pm Pacific Standard Time.

Do I need to change any billing information?

No. No changes necessary. You'll get your next receipt from Quotivity directly.

Do I need to sign a new contract?

No. Quotivity acquired quote•hapily's customer agreements from hapily. 

Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are taken directly from hapily's. If you have any questions, please ask!

Data Processing Agreement

If you disclosed quote•hapily in your Data Processing Agreement with your customers, you should update it to reference Quotivity. Our DPA is the same as hapily's.
