Hosting of your account data. Our Services are hosted in data centers located in the United States and the European Union. When you sign up, you select which regional instance hosts your account. The personal information processed within the Services — including your customers' data — is stored in your selected data center and is not transferred to the other region.
Our use of a US-based CRM. Separately, we use a customer relationship management (CRM) system hosted in the United States to manage our own sales, support, and account communications with you (such as your name, email, and job title). If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, this contact information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
If you are a resident of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, please be aware that the United States may not have data protection laws as comprehensive as those in your country. However, we take measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law.

11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ( "DNT" ) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
