Guided selling
Does HubSpot have guided selling?
No. There is no guided selling feature in HubSpot. They may use that term for an agent-led experience. You may be able to build custom quote modules, but that is code you own and maintain rather than a capability you configure. With Quotivity it is configuration.

What native HubSpot does
Nothing, as a feature. HubSpot has no question flow that narrows a product set, no branching logic that drives what a rep can select, and no mechanism that turns an answer into a line item.
It can be built. A custom quote module is a React component you deploy into the quote template, and working prototypes exist — including ones built by people at HubSpot. So the accurate claim is not that guided selling is impossible. It is that there is no feature; there is a build.
The difference between a prototype and a daily workflow
A prototype proves something can be built. It does not prove that a junior rep can depend on it on a Tuesday afternoon, or that anyone wants to maintain it two years from now.
The question that decides this is ownership. Who maintains yours? What happens when the person who built it leaves, or when HubSpot changes something underneath it? A production quoting flow that new reps are trained on is a different object from a demo, and the gap between them is maintenance.
What it looks like in Quotivity
Question flows that drive product selection, so a junior rep quotes the way your best rep would. The answers filter which products and options appear, and the flow is configured rather than coded — which means the person who maintains it does not have to be a developer.
True North put their junior reps behind a guided flow and stopped losing the things those reps used to miss: roughly 30% margin recovered over eighteen months.

Where this usually sits in a migration
Many Salesforce CPQ teams already know what guided selling feels like, even if they do not call it that. The rep answers questions, the product set narrows, and the quote gets built along a controlled path.
- Plenty of teams do not have it in Salesforce either, and want it. Guided selling is often the capability people gain in the move rather than one they have to replace.
- If you do have it, it lives in configuration attributes — and those are countable.
- If you are being quoted a custom build for this, the ownership question above is the one to ask before signing.

How many questions are your reps already answering?
The analysis counts your configuration attributes — the questions already encoded in your Salesforce CPQ setup. If you have none, it shows you what you would be starting from instead.
