Who counts as a seat?

Anyone who creates or approves a quote. Admins who configure the system but don't touch live quotes don't need a seat.

What's the minimum contract?

Annual. The base plan starts at 5 seats.

What if we have fewer than 5 quoting users?

The base plan covers 5 seats. If you have 2 or 3 quoting users today, you're paying for capacity you'll grow into. If that's a concern, say so in the first call — we'd rather surface the mismatch upfront.

Is this the same product as quote•hapily?

Yes. Quotivity is the same HubSpot-native CPQ engine, now operating under its own brand. If you used quote•hapily, you already know the product.
